Wedding planning at any proportion is a complicated feat. There’s so much to take on, especially in a place like NYC. If you’re thinking about planning an intimate wedding in New York, we’ve put together all-inclusive micro-wedding packages to make things as stress free as possible.
We’ve teamed up with some incredible vendors to cover the most important bases for your day. With our all-inclusive wedding packages covering coordination, photography, florals, and officiant, you’ve got your main vendors all set. The only thing you have to worry about is choosing the best date and location for your NYC micro-wedding.
Our all-inclusive package is aimed to minimize the effort put into wedding planning. You’re busy enough as it is, and have enough to take care of. Let us handle the heavy lifting when it comes to the coordination and design of your special day. That way, you get to deal with the fun stuff, like what to wear and how you’re going to start off your marriage.
We’d recommend you try for a weekday wedding – even a Thursday, Friday, or Monday can make for a great celebration. Having a weekday wedding makes public spaces like parks a lot less crowded, so you can celebrate your intimate union in peace.
Check with us on available dates. We will make sure to find something together that works for everyone on the team. Our vendors are in close communication to keep dates open for these all-inclusive micro-wedding packages.
These packages are designed for celebrations with up to 25 guests. You can have a celebration as intimate as the two of you and a witness, or even just a handful of friends and family. Otherwise, you can invite your closest people to come and join you in the park for an awesome, festive party!
The more time you have, the less stress! We would recommend inquiring at minimum two months before your desired ceremony date. But heck, we’re a pretty good team – we’ll try and work within your timeline, whether that’s sooner than two months or a few extra months away.
When it comes to these all-inclusive micro-wedding packages in NYC, you’ve got options. We’ve scouted out some outstanding locations in Prospect Park to tie the knot and take photos. That being said, if you have another location in mind, let us know, and we’ll see what we can do.
We chose to scout Prospect Park because it’s one of the most beautiful and intimate places in the city. It’s a lot quieter than Central Park, and has so much natural beauty in any season. Plus, you don’t need a permit when it comes to occasions under 25 guests – perfect for these all-inclusive packages.
Honestly, you can tie the knot in a ton of spots! The beauty of the Big Apple is the amount of places you can go for photos and your wedding ceremony. Not all locations will be without permits, however. It’s always best to do research on the spot you want to marry to make sure a permit isn’t needed.
For example, if you plan to get married in Central Park, you may want to snag a permit just in case. There are loads of people saying their vows in this timeless location, which means you may run into other couples who do have a permit for your desired location.
We’ve put together a quick list of spots to consider for your elopement or small wedding. As experienced New York wedding photographers, we’ve seen weddings of varying sizes take place in many of these spots. Take a peek below for some of the prettiest and most popular locations:
This package is all about keeping it simple. We recommend packing some blankets, or asking guests to stand. Wedding ceremonies are typically pretty short, so if your guests are up for it, you can find a cozy spot in the park for them to stand, lean, or sit.
Well, y’know what they say about rain on your wedding day… it’s good luck! That being said, we ask that our couples have a rain plan for the occasion. Whether that’s shifting to get married under a tunnel in the park (Prospect Park has some epic ones!) or marrying at a nearby apartment, let’s make sure to have a plan in place ahead of time.
All vendors in our all-inclusive micro-wedding package are just that: all-inclusive. We’re proud to serve and celebrate couples from all walks of life.
“We will always excitedly officiate ceremonies for same-sex couples, interracial couples, interfaith couples, multicultural couples, and those in love who have historically been denied the basic human right to love and marry.” – Dani & Karla, Once Upon a Vow
“Love is love, period. We stand with the LGBTQIA+ community and BIPOC couples. As photographers, we strive to showcase diversity and represent all love stories.” – Megan & Kenneth
“Our core pillars are inclusivity, giving back, and relationships matter.” – Modern Rebel
With us as your experienced New York wedding photographers, we’re striving to capture your incredible intimate wedding. Whether it’s just the two of you or a small group, you’ll get four hours of photography coverage on your special day. We also offer photo and video options if you’re looking for super in-depth coverage of the wedding day.
Not sure where to start when it comes to your big (intimate) day? Some couples like to have getting ready coverage, a first look, a portrait session, some family photos, then ceremony photos. Others will opt for less getting ready time and more time for their post-ceremony celebration. It’s up to you on what’s most important for you to capture!
We’re Megan & Kenneth! As a married team who had a micro-wedding ourselves (27 people!) we know just how important it is to have photos of your special day. It all goes by so fast… and that’s why having solid memories forever is so important! We’ll tag along with you throughout the day and be your personal feel-good cheerleaders… not that you’ll need much more to be excited about on your wedding day!
When it comes to capturing weddings, you want photos that feel like your relationship feels. Fun, natural, full of love – that’s exactly what our candid, documentary style of wedding photos feels like. We’ll give you prompts for your photos to make you comfortable, but the reactions and movements are allllll about the way the two of you interact.
We’re not just going to show up and give you static poses – it’s about getting you moving and feeling natural with each other. The more movement and joy you give, the more you get out of it. Sure, we can “prom” pose you with each other, but what’s the fun in that? We’d much rather give you some fun prompts to loosen you up and make you laugh.
Some couples like to get engagement photos done, even if they’re planning to have a smaller wedding. Doing an engagement session is great for a number of reasons. They’re an excellent opportunity to get to know your photographers better prior to the big day – that way, you don’t have strangers showing up to your wedding. We’d much rather show up as your friends who make you feel comfortable and loved.
Honestly, a lot of couples like to do engagement photos because there are few excuses to have a professional photo shoot with your partner. You get to look back on these photos down the line and remember what this unique time in your relationship was like. You’re only engaged once, after all – enjoy the process!
Even if we don’t do an engagement session, we can still get to know each other before your ceremony and reception! Let’s hop on a call and get comfy with each other ahead of time. We want to hear all about your relationship, and how you went from your first date to planning your intimate wedding!
The package includes a gallery of high-res images delivered to you after your celebration. We’ll be editing for color, lighting, and cropping but not doing any major retouching. You should look like yourself on your wedding day, y’know?
Our policy is to provide as many photos as possible. We’ve listed 200 as the minimum, but depending on the plans of your day, you may receive far more. It all depends on how many photos you are willing and excited to take.
Who says coordinators are only for larger weddings? Even small weddings and elopements can use a helping hand from an experienced planner! That’s why this all-inclusive wedding package features support from the folks over at Modern Rebel.

Highly experienced wedding officiants Dani & Karla at Once Upon a Vow are ready to make your ceremony a personable and memorable experience. These two will talk you through the process from start to finish for how to legally get married in New York City. If you’re stuck on how to get a marriage license from the ever-elusive Project Cupid, these two know the best tips and tricks to get you what you need.
These two will also make sure you’re covered when it comes to making it official! They’ll help to take care of the official submission of your marriage license. When it comes to what may feel like an overwhelming process, these two make it all feel like an absolute breeze.

Let’s make your all-inclusive micro-wedding extra special with some gorgeous floral design. We’ve worked with two incredible florists to provide design options that suit your tastes. In addition to two personal florals (bouquet/s and boutonniere/s), you’ll also have your choice of a show-stopping ceremony floral design.
Olivia Howard Designs has created a stunning asymmetrical arch design for modern couples who want to keep it classic – with a twist. This floral design has bright, warm tones that are perfect for a sunny micro-wedding in the park. Olivia will work with you to make sure your ceremony design works flawlessly at your desired ceremony location.
Go for a whimsical floral design with dreamy NYC florists Lulo & Ly. They’ve created a palette with cooler tones that feel like a magical touch for your wedding in the Big Apple. Their team will set up this non-traditional wedding floral installment without a hitch at your wedding spot.
It’s no secret that the COVID-19 pandemic has changed the way we approach weddings. As guidelines and safety measures continue to change, we’re keeping up-to-date on the latest information to make sure your wedding is as safe as possible. As our team has backup strategies in case of exposure to COVID, we hope our couples can, in turn, prioritize health and safety with us.
If your micro-wedding is approaching and you test positive, have been in contact with someone who tests positive, or experience symptoms, let us know as soon as you possibly can. We’ll work with you to come up with alternative plans that keep yourselves, your guests, and your vendor team safe and healthy.
Until masks are no longer a recommended measure, our all-inclusive micro-wedding package team will also be wearing masks. We also ask that your guests wear masks during the celebration. On the wedding day, we also ask that you have a mask available for times when social distance may be broken – for example, during the signing of the marriage license.
Every vendor in the package has their own contract that they’ll send, so just make sure to chat with each vendor about their policies. For us as wedding photographers, we’re happy to move your deposit to a new mutually-agreed date in the event of a COVID-related postponement.
This all-inclusive wedding package in New York is $12,000. Within that package, you get the works! You’ll have photography, coordination, florals, and officiating taken care of. Our team works together to make this a stress-free process, so you can sit back, relax, and say your vows.
Missing some loved ones who can’t make it? Modern Rebel offers a professional livestreaming option to include remote guests into your wedding day. Let them take care of the whole setup so there are zero technical difficulties. They’ll make sure your guests know exactly where to be (virtually!), and make sure the stream is crisp and clear.
If you’re not quite sure where to start for your micro-wedding look, we’ve got you covered. We’ve got tons of recommendations for you for dresses, suits, accessories, and more! All you’ve got to do is ask – we’ve got you covered. Some couples choose to go all-out and wear a full-on wedding dress or suit, while others keep things a little more casual. It’s all about your ideal intimate wedding style.
As an add-on, Simple & Sultry has put together a special price at $200 just for our intimate wedding couples. This hair and makeup/grooming package is perfect for couples who want to feel primped and polished for their big day. Not sure if you should get professional grooming for your big day? If you’re planning a post-ceremony celebration… why not make it a picnic? Starting at $32/person, this is a great option if you’d like to keep your ceremony and reception in the same spot. Plus, that allows you to add some of your gorgeous ceremony florals to your picnic design.
