Our elopement photography is for couples who want something quieter, a day that feels like yours without the pressure of a big production. We'll help you find the right spot, whether that's a riverside ceremony in the Hudson Valley, a Catskills overlook with nothing but mountains and sky, or a historic corner of one of our favorite small towns.

You've sent your inquiry, we're free for your date, we hop on a little video call to see how you feel about us tagging along for your big day. The dogs will say hi!
Everything feels good and you're ready to rock n' roll! We send over your booking proposal to lock in your date and do a little happy dance.
You'll receive notes from us to keep you informed, talk about timeline, rain plans, shot list, and pretty much anything you can think of. We might even be lucky enough to meet up for an engagement session!
Your shot list and timeline are finalized and the big day comes around. The process starts at the tail end of getting ready and ends with huge hugs at the end of the night.
24 hours after your wedding, sneak peeks pop into your inbox. Within 4-6 weeks, your gallery (and video, if you opt for that!) are in your hands.

You might think the story of a wedding is only in those moments you’re saying your ‘I dos’, but we know so much more happens outside that too. That’s why we want to capture your day from start to finish - from those big key moments to all the little in-between ones you might not even notice happening at the time.
That’s why there are two of us! That way, we’re always sure nothing gets missed. It means we can work quickly, from different angles so you get a whole ton of amazing photos and you get to enjoy your entire day without missing any part of it.
Because that’s the point. It’s your day so you should be experiencing it.
And once your wedding is over, we want to keep that excitement going for you! Which is why we’ll always send over some cute sneak peeks in the days that follow.

We arrive for the last hour of getting ready, once hair and makeup are done and it's time to get dressed. This is when we capture the details. Your shoes, your rings, the invitation you spent hours choosing. We'll grab a few candid moments, a champagne cheers with your crew, and those final deep breaths before you head out the door.

If you opt for a first look, this is one of our favorite parts of the day. We'll guide you through the moment with gentle prompts so it feels natural, not staged. Then we'll move into couple portraits while the light is good and the energy is high. No stiff posing. Just the two of you, enjoying a few quiet minutes together before everything picks up.

This is where we get a little more directional. We'll work through your family and wedding party photos efficiently so you can get to cocktail hour without missing too much. We come prepared with your shot list and keep things moving so no one's standing around waiting.

We step back and let the moment happen. You won't notice us, but we'll be capturing everything. The walk down the aisle, the vows, the reactions from the people who love you most. This is your moment. We're just there to document it.
Ceremony

Once the formalities wrap, it's time to celebrate with your people. We'll be there capturing the toasts, the first dance, and all the chaos on the dance floor. And if you need us to bail you out of a long conversation or help you navigate the timeline, we've got you. We're with you until the last song.
It's Party Time
WHEN SHOULD WE BOOK WITH YOU?
Once your venue is booked and the date is secured, you can start booking vendors. The sooner, the better is what we'd say. Dates go quickly, and we want to make sure we're available for yours!
WHAT IS REQUIRED TO BOOK?
We require a 30% retainer and a signed contract to reserve your date. The second 30% is due 1 week before the wedding, the remaining due by the wedding date.
CAN WE MAKE CHANGES AFTER BOOKING?
Yes! Some couples book at 6 hours and add more later, or some choose to add film after thinking on it a little more.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE PHOTOS?
We send a sneak peek ASAP after the wedding (typically 48h at latest), and the full gallery is delivered 4-6 weeks after the celebration. Your highlight film will arrive about 6-8 weeks after the event date.
DO YOU EDIT YOUR PICTURES?
We do global adjustments to the photos, meaning color, lighting, cropping, but we don't retouch your faces or bodies; we want you to look like yourselves on the big day!
HOW DO YOU SHARE THE PHOTOS?
We provide a digital gallery with all high-res and social/web sized images. Your gallery will be live for 12 months after the wedding date. If you need more time, let us know, and we're happy to help. If you ever lose your photos, we're happy to help with that too.
HOW MANY PHOTOS WILL WE RECEIVE?
Every wedding is different – different schedules, different amounts of time for portraits/family photos, different events taking place. What we can say is that with two shooters at all times, your event will be well-covered with hundreds of photos to choose from.
DO WE RECEIVE ANY RAW PHOTOS?
We love to deliver the best possible versions of your final products, so we don't give out raw photos. Your photos will have natural editing and be sent in JPG format.
WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU GET SICK?
If one or both of us is unable to capture your wedding as planned, we have a reliable network of photographers to take over on our behalf, and will ensure that your day is captured with the same quality and professionalism.
WHAT IF OUR WEDDING DATE HAS TO MOVE?
If, say, a pandemic or a venue closure requires you to move your date, we can to move your deposit to a new date.
DO YOU TRAVEL FOR WEDDINGS?
Yes! As Beacon-based wedding photographers, we love to travel around the Northeast for weddings. We've photographed in the Catskills, Adirondacks, Rhode Island, Maine, Connecticut, and many other amazing locations.
DO YOU HAVE INSURANCE?
Yes! Our certificate of insurance can be provided to your venue ahead of the event.
WHEN DO YOU RECOMMEND A THIRD SHOOTER?
For weddings over 125 guests, we strongly recommend adding the third shooter for comprehensive coverage.
WILL YOU HELP US WITH OUR TIMELINE/SHOT LIST?
Yes! You'll receive information from us leading up to the wedding day to help solidify your photography schedule.
CAN WE PRINT OUR PHOTOS ANYWHERE?
Not a problem! You can print directly from your gallery, or you can take them to a printer of your choice. You'll receive high res files and social size files for ease.
DO YOU PHOTOGRAPH REHEARSAL DINNERS?
We're happy to check our associate team's availability for other events like rehearsals, engagement parties, etc.

We just can’t help ourselves; we love capturing photos of couples in love! Ok, there are other reasons too… For one thing, an engagement shoot is a great way for us to all get to know each other before your wedding day. There’s nothing fun about two strangers turning up on one of your most important days and waving cameras in your faces. But getting to know us a little, and us getting to know you, means we can really get those natural, candid and relaxed photos we know you want so much.
You also get to see how we work! We know, for most of you, getting married is something you haven’t done before. Maybe your only experience of a wedding photographer has been at friends’ or family members’ weddings. Aaaand maybe that wasn’t the best experience. Which is why we love to show you just how relaxed and casual we are. Because we know you don’t want all that formality on your big day either!

Want to know the real game changer? Adding a third shooter to your package. Three people means total coverage from every angle. Megan and Kenneth might be documenting your first look while the third shooter captures your guests arriving. During the ceremony, you get front angles, side perspectives, and guest reactions all at once. Getting ready? Each partner gets dedicated coverage plus all those detail moments in between. It's how you go from solid documentation to absolutely everything covered. Seriously recommended if you want zero moments missed on your wedding day.
