Where are the Cheltenham Badlands?

The Cheltenham Badlands are in Caledon, Ontario. They are west of Toronto and north of highway 410 exit 19. If you love the dramatic look of the Badlands, this may be a perfect spot for your Ontario engagement photo session.

The Cheltenham Badlands are located in a very rural area. There is minimal light pollution, perfect for photographing the sunset. You can discover are many different kinds of terrain at the Badlands. Stephanie and Alex’s Cheltenham Badlands engagement photography session was shot in the early evening. The warm lighting of the sun created an amazing glow in the sky that was reflected in the dramatic landscape. The warm light also created a wonderful glow on the couple, which made for some romantic photos.

After spending some time in the meadow, Stephanie and Alex made their way up to the hills of the Badlands for more dramatic photos with the setting sun. We went to a section that has beautiful rock formations and the couple made some fun poses on the rocks.
