This Bryant Park Grill wedding day was one to remember. These two were such a fun couple to work with. From the get-go, this wedding was packed with happiness. After their super fun Hoboken engagement shoot, we were so excited for the opportunity to photograph Nicole and Nate’s wedding at the Bryant Park Grill.
Nicole and Nate’s beautiful wedding day at the Bryant Park Grill started off with getting ready at the Bryant Park Hotel. With Nicole’s room packed with happy faces bustling about, Nicole got ready surrounded by close friends and loved ones. Nate started his day the only way anyone should start their wedding day: going bowling.
With a custom hanger for her wedding dress, we chatted with Nicole as she got her hair and makeup done. Nicole was calm, excited and ready to go. With the girls around her popping champagne and her letter from Nate awaiting their first look, Nicole was ready to take on the day.

Nate and Nicole met outside of the Bryant Park Grill for their first look. With their families overlooking, these two shared a wonderful moment as they saw each other for the first time. Nicole approached Nate and the look of delight on both of their faces was just flawless.
Their families also attempted to stop any potential tourists walking into the shot, which was so appreciated! These two read their wedding day letters out to each other as a meaningful way to begin their day together.
After some family photos, we took Nicole and Nate for a walk around Bryant Park. Taking to the steps of the New York Public Library, they posed for some classically beautiful portraits in the iconic New York architecture. After that, we headed over to the Bryant Park carousel for some fun photos on the ride. They even let us use it for photos when we didn’t have cash in our pockets – shoutout to the Bryant Park Carousel! So many strangers were congratulating the couple along the street. It was so sweet to see all eyes on these beautiful people on their big day!
Nate and Nicole had a beautiful chuppah set up at the Bryant Park Grill. Under the enclosed roof of the venue, these two said their I Do’s in a heartwarming ceremony. Having both sets of parents stand under the chuppah with them, Nate and Nicole’s beautiful ceremony took place as the sun dipped below the sky. By the start of the ceremony, the daylight was nearly gone and was replaced with beautiful sparkling lights overhead.
The view of the city at night and of Bryant Park was a gorgeous one for them to be married beside. After the ceremony, the space quickly transitioned into a cocktail hour. There were all sorts of appetizers floating around as the guests sipped champagne and chatted about the ceremony.
For guests to find their seats, the couple had a wall with neon sign done by Parker Plants. Speeches took place during the wedding dinner at the Bryant Park Grill. The evening began with a blessing by the grandmothers as they cut challah. A loving speech from the bride’s father followed, preceding speeches by the Matron of Honor and Best Man. The speeches had the whole room smiling; a perfect transition into the reception.
It was time to hit the dance floor, and Nicole and Nate kicked it off with Van Morrison’s Crazy Love. The father of bride and mother of groom dances followed, and then the party really got started. It was time for the horah! Jenna Wynne Band did a terrific job of getting the party pumping with some fantastic live music. As the guests flooded the dance floor, we couldn’t help but appreciate the dessert table… Dö cookie dough, Sprinkles Cupcakes, mini ice cream donuts (!!), a cart from Sigmund’s Pretzels –– now THAT’S a party to us! The couple was also surprised with a challah wedding “cake”. Coordinator Ann Marie of Simply Styled Events pulled the day together beautifully. We were so thrilled to photograph this Bryant Park Grill wedding for the amazing Nicole and Nate, and can’t wait to keep up with the next chapters of their story.
