For Jordie and Geoffrey’s session, we arrived right at opening after taking some warm-up photos in Central Park. The early morning light was soft and beautiful, creating a romantic and intimate atmosphere for their photos.

As we walked around the observation deck, Jordie and Geoffrey laughed and cuddled, completely at ease in front of the camera. They were so in love and genuinely happy to be celebrating their engagement in such a special place.

As we continued to photograph Jordie and Geoffrey at the Top of the Rock, we were constantly amazed by the changing views of the city. From the observation deck, you can see all the way up to the Hudson River and down to the Financial District, giving you a true sense of the scale and diversity of New York City.

 

One of our favorite shots from the session was a silhouette shot of Jordie and Geoffrey with the sun setting behind them. The warm glow of the setting sun created a beautiful contrast with the cool blue tones of the city, creating a truly romantic and cinematic image.

Another highlight was when we captured the couple kissing against the Empire State Building backdrop. The iconic Art Deco skyscraper is such an iconic symbol of New York City. It was a privilege to be able to photograph Jordie and Geoffrey with it in the background.

As the sun continued to rise, the city began to light up. It created a magical atmosphere for Jordie and Geoffrey’s photos. We captured some beautiful shots of them against the bright city.
