Jossie and Adolfo had a beautiful Brooklyn Heights engagement session on a sunny summer day. We loved exploring the different neighborhoods and finding fun spots for photos. Summer sessions can be quite toasty in NYC, but these two made the most of this warm day in the sun.

Sunny Brooklyn Heights Engagement Session

Brooklyn Heights is such a charming and historic neighborhood, and it was the perfect backdrop for their session. We started out near the promenade, where you can see the beautiful skyline. This area of Brooklyn is much quieter than DUMBO, making for quieter portraits of the two love birds.

We then walked through the streets of Brooklyn Heights, stopping at lovely gardens and quiet streets for photos. The light was absolutely beautiful, and we were able to capture some amazing shots of the happy couple. We also love that this neighborhood is super quiet, meaning you don’t have to have a sunrise engagement photography session.

Brooklyn Heights is one of our favorite neighborhoods in New York for engagement photos. There are so many charming streets and beautiful buildings. These two were total naturals for the camera, and we had so much fun exploring the area with them.

Where to Take Brooklyn Heights Engagement Photos

There are so many areas to take Brooklyn Heights engagement photos. There are no wrong answers, really! We would recommend the promenade as a major spot. Joralemon street is also really popular for photos with great brownstones. Any street you turn down in the area will give you lots of variety.
