We crossed the river and headed into Hoboken to hang out with Nicole and Nate. These two planned out a gorgeous Bryant Park Grill wedding that we couldn’t wait to shoot! They took us up on the offer of an engagement session so they could hone their skills in front of the camera. We have to say, these two absolutely worked it! They even requested a “blooper album” when the shoot was over of all the silliest shots we got from the day. Nicole and Nate were a ton of fun for their Hoboken engagement photography session.
Engagement photo shoot in Hoboken, NJ
We started off at the Brass Rail for some cute shots. This is the spot where Nicole and Nate met for the first time. It felt right to bring it back home for these two. They recreated the first moment they met outside the bar. It was super romantic to be back there as they were finalizing the details for their wedding! This Hoboken engagement shoot location made for the perfect backdrop. We absolutely loved the surrounding area–– everything felt just a little old-fashioned. It was super beautiful!
Bringing a dog to an engagement shoot
Got a dog? We totally encourage you to bring them along. Nicole and Nate brought their pup to their Hoboken engagement photography session, and it was absolutely adorable! Not only do dogs tend to make their owners pretty comfortable, but we are HUGE dog lovers. Everyone was so excited to share the evening engagement shoot with a pupper.
