Central Park North Engagement Photos
Juleesia and Adnan suggested we head up to Central Park North for their engagement photos. We’ve done engagement photos in Central Park before, but it tends to be on the south side. The south side of Central Park tends to be filled with a lot of people unless you go very early, so we were a little nervous about crowds. That was before we realized the beauty of Central Park North. These Central Park North engagement photos were such a joy to shoot! We explored the Conservatory Garden as well, making for a beautiful walk on with two lovely people.
Engagement Photography in Central Park
Central Park is so big, but it’s sometimes difficult to remember just how big it is. We were stunned by this quiet section of the park, filled with lovely aspects of nature. Up around 110th street we came to the park and were met by a beautiful still pond and gorgeous autumn colors.
Conservatory Garden Engagement Photos
We made our way over to the Conservatory Garden for more engagement photos. We took some lovely photos in the flowers before allergies got the best of Juleesia. Totally understandable–– everything was majorly in bloom and majorly beautiful! For those with pollen allergies, make sure to bring some antihistamines if you plan to do an outdoor engagement shoot. It will definitely come in handy!
Bringing a dog to your engagement shoot
We love dogs! If you’d like to bring your dog to your engagement shoot, we say go for it. We recommend bringing some treats or a way to calm down your dog for the shots you don’t want the dog in.
