The sun was shining right on our beautiful couple during our introductions. They were ready to finally tie the knot after more than two decades together. Watching these two interact with each other is what life’s all about. They signed their license, cut the cake, and spent their cozy evening celebrating.

They chose us after searching for photographers who are casual and fun in New York. We took a trip up to the area that day and scoped out beautiful locations on the property. This place had trails through the fields, plus beautiful trees and willows. Jay also showed us a lovely stream through the back end of the property, making natural and stunning wedding photos in Saugerties.

Where to Tie the Knot in the Hudson Valley

You could even see some of the rolling hills of the Hudson Valley from the property. The couple also brought out a chair as a prop which made for perfect Upstate New York wedding photos. We loved this personal touch they added to the day. With Ritualisms as their officiant, they had an ultra-personal ceremony and exchanged tattoos instead of rings on their finger.
