Carly and Chris had a super beautiful Madison Hotel wedding in New Jersey. This beautiful spring day was super rainy, but that was not a problem. The Madison Hotel has so many options when it comes to taking photos indoors. We were so lucky to capture this amazing couple in so many great locations.
We started the day with each partner getting ready with their respective loved ones. There was so much love and attention paid to our beautiful bride and gorgeous groom. Once they were all set, it was time to do the first look. We did the first look in the ceremony space while it was totally empty. It was full of natural light in the greenhouse ceremony room at this Madison hotel wedding.
The Madison Hotel has a large ceremony space filled with natural light. This room is entirely made of windows and appears to be a converted greenhouse. It made for some bright and airy wedding photos in New Jersey while it was pouring rain. After they saw each other, we went to take photos around the hotel. There are lots of nooks and crannies that make for great, stylish photos. One of the best parts of the wedding photos at the Madison hotel was using the train car. This was a super elegant solution to the rainy weather.
After we got all the formal portraits out of the way, it was time to get these two married. They had their ceremony while it was still light outside, allowing natural light to pour through the windows. Surrounded by family and friends, these two said their vows. Carly read her vows off of a pizza-themed card, a nod to Chris’s love for pizza. After they said I do, we headed into cocktail hour and reception.
The Madison Hotel is a great wedding venue in New Jersey. This space can accommodate large weddings and has lots of room for guests. The food is amazing and the staff is super attentive. While the cocktail hour was being held in another room, these two shared a private first dance. This was a nice moment to just be themselves before everybody else came into the room. Then we got the party started. The reception was held in the same greenhouse space as the ceremony had been. If you’re planning a Madison Hotel wedding, definitely consider this space as an awesome reception space. The glittering lights in the garden outside made for a beautiful addition to the light bouncing off of the greenhouse windows. With gorgeous, sprawling florals, this face was decked out to the nines.
