We took some gorgeous NYU Law engagement photos with Kione and Brent around Washington Square Park. Paying homage to this couples love story, we walked around this iconic neighborhood for their session. As New York wedding photographers, we love to come out here at sunrise when it’s not busy. As most in the city would know, it gets very crowded in this area. However, if you go out early enough, you’ll get a nice, serene photo location in NYC.

We started by the iconic arches of Washington Square, Park. We love this spot when it’s empty because the architecture is so beautiful. Plus, through the arches, you get a great view of the Empire State Building. You have so many iconic New York staples rolled into one location. We also use the fountain as the sunrise poked through.

The couple showed us around buildings that were important to them. We love that these two through it back to the start of their love story. Next, we headed to the Washington Muse for pictures that look like a movie scene. This corner of Manhattan is perfect for couples who want a very New York energy to their images. Plus, the sentimental aspect was definitely a bonus. We also love the way that these two dressed for the session, with Kione in a flowing white dress and Brent in a blazer.
