We couldn’t have asked for better weather on this amazing day. These two had a tent in the courtyard, but guests also enjoyed fresh air when possible. This iconic event space in Long Island City is perfect for couples looking for a unique and romantic wedding venue. Guests were wowed by the incredible indoor and outdoor spaces, and the couple enjoyed a beautiful sunset over the city.

New York Wedding Vendors Who Made This Day Possible

Polka Dot Events pulled off the coordination of this day beautifully. Naomi Martinez Studio did the beauty, while florals were by Ivie Joy Flowers. The Ceremony was officiated by Reverend Louis Olivieri. DJ Ryan Vandal had the dance floor popping. Comparti Catering did an amazing job with the catering, while ULS Lighting pulled things together. Amanda got ready for the day in the Albra room. This bright and spacious addition to the venue has gorgeous natural light and white walls. It’s an awesome space to get hair and makeup done with ample light and an intimate setting. The Albra Room is also great for first look photos and couples portraits if you have a rainy or cold wedding day.

This wedding was absolutely beautiful, and we feel so lucky to have been able to capture it. Amanda and Andrew are an amazing couple, and their day was a perfect reflection of who they are. This Foundry wedding ceremony was held in the main room. This space is perfect for an indoor ceremony, with its high ceilings and unique industrial feel. The light coming in from the windows is also incredible, making it a great space for photos. Amanda and Andrew had a beautiful ceremony, filled with personal touches and lots of love.

Cocktail Hour at the Foundry in the Greenhouse

This venue truly has a space for everything. The Greenhouse is the perfect spot to have your cocktail hour. With tons of natural light and greenery, it’s a great place to relax and enjoy some hors d’oeuvres and drinks. This room has a 70-120 person capacity, perfect for an intimate cocktail hour with family and friends. Plus, the photos in this space are stunning.

Reception Photography in the Courtyard

Amanda and Andrew’s reception was held in the courtyard. Their Foundry wedding photos at the reception were some of our favorites from the day. The courtyard is a beautiful space for a reception, with beautiful tenting to keep guests safe from the elements during spring weddings. Dancing was then held in the main room where DJ Ryan Vandal got the party started.

The weather held off until the evening, where it started to rain. We were so lucky to get a break in the weather before we departed. We took Amanda and Andrew outside to the glistening streets of New York. As top Brooklyn wedding photographers, perfect days like this are what we dream of.
