Lainie and Jimmy had a beautiful and intimate wedding ceremony at the foundry. We were so honored to have captured this beautiful day for such a fun loving couple. Every moment of the day was filled with joy and laughter for these two. They could not have had a more beautiful day.

We started the morning off at the Ravel hotel. Lainie got ready with a gorgeous view of the New York City skyline. They wanted to do their first book with this beautiful scene and view of the bridge. So we use their balcony to get some candid first look photos at the ravel hotel. We then made our way over to their wedding at the Foundry.
There are so many options for taking wedding portraits at the foundry. We were so lucky that the ivy was in bloom. It made for a stunning backdrop when it came to their Long Island city wedding photos. You can’t go wrong when it comes to the courtyard. There are many opportunities to decide where and how you want your portraits taken. After that, we did quick family photos in the ceremony space for it was time to kick off the party.

These two got married in the sundrenched Albra room for their wedding at the Foundry. This space at the LIC wedding venue has tons of natural light and white walls. It makes for a perfect natural light ceremony during the day. This bright and sunny intimate wedding fit perfectly into the space. The entire ceremony was just about laughter and good times for the couple. Lainie and Jimmy shared their first kiss, and then the party got started.

They had cocktail hour outside at sunset during their Foundry wedding in Long Island City. Because it was a spring wedding, it was a little chilly and they had space heaters to warm the guests. Everybody loved getting fresh air during this time. Great performances catering did a fantastic job making sure that guests were well fed. They were seriously part of what made this day so incredible.
For an intimate wedding, the Albra Room and Greenhouse are perfect for a wedding at the Foundry. These rooms make it incredibly cozy for your guests to enjoy your celebration. Plus, during the daytime, they are drenched in natural light. At night, they are beautifully lit by candles. There are lots of reflective windows and other elements that make it so perfect in the spaces. If you’re planning on having a foundry wedding, look at these rooms as options for your guest count.

The bride wore L Wells and had her hair done by Rita Palumbo, with makeup by Arielle Davie. Planning and coordination was done by Ani Wolff who made sure every part of the day ran on schedule. The catering by Great Performances was phenomenal, and the cake by Everything Lulu was super unique. Florals were by Raul Avila, and DJ Ben Boylan was amazing on the dance floor.
