Andrew and Madeline tied the knot at a beautiful Central Synagogue ceremony with Central Park Boathouse wedding reception. This whole wedding day is a quintessentially New York moment. We were honored to work alongside our associate, Mónica, at Mutual Friends. As New York wedding photographers, we were head over heels for this special celebration.
To start the day, the couple got ready in separate hotels. Andrew put his outfit on at the Loews Regency New York. Madeline started her day at the St. Regis Hotel. These two gorgeous getting ready locations were managed by their incredible planner, Ann Marie at Simply Styled Events. On this warm summer day, Andrew made his way over to the St. Regis for their first look.
Before their Central Synagogue wedding photos, Madeline and Andrew did a first look at her hotel. These elegant pictures feel so timeless, as did their choices of ceremony and reception venues. As one of the most sought after New York City wedding venues, the Loeb Boathouse is one of the top venues in Manhattan. We also used time later in the day to capture Central Park boathouse wedding photos.
After taking some NYC wedding portraits at the St. Regis, it was time to head over to the synagogue. When it comes to Central Synagogue ceremony photos, it’s important to know a few things. Your New York wedding photography team will be limited in where they can shoot from during the ceremony. This is no problem for our team, who used our experience and equipment to ensure beautiful images of the couple tying the knot.
For their wedding at the Loeb Boathouse, these two took their time arriving to cocktail hour. It made it possible for us to capture them in some magical locations before joining friends and family. As one of the most revered locations in the world, these Central Park Boathouse wedding photos were the perfect spot for a photo shoot on their special day.
When you plan your big day with a Central Synagogue ceremony, just know that you’ll have one of the most beautiful spaces in Manhattan. The architecture and windows at this spot are just perfect for any photographers in New York to have fun with. Plus, imagine celebrating with your loved ones at some of the most iconic spots in the world. You’ll be sure to have big smiles in your NYC wedding photos.
As New York wedding photographers, we know how important it is to have a great team behind you. When it comes to your wedding day, we always want our couples to feel comfortable and relaxed. That’s why we offer complimentary engagement photos with every New York wedding photography package. From Central Park to the Brooklyn Bridge, we can capture your love story with iconic locations while also training you for your wedding day.
Another great way to get comfortable with your wedding photography team in NYC is to stay in touch. Ahead of their Central Park Boathouse wedding, we loved communicating with Madeline and Andrew about their timeline, shot list, and big day. We always help our couples stay organized and focused so that they can focus on the most important things. Plus, they had an amazing wedding planner assisting them.
When you take wedding photos in Central Park, you’ll want to check on locations with your New York wedding photography team ahead of time. We can recommend the best places for intimate, candid wedding photos. Our favorite spots near the Loeb Boathouse include Bethesda Terrace, The Mall, Cherry Hill, and Bow Bridge. These are all within ten to twenty minutes of walking distance. You’ll also want to consider bringing some walking shoes for the big day.
There are some other great spots for wedding photos in Manhattan. Central Park’s Conservatory Garden is one of the more popular, timeless photography locations in NYC. However, you’ll need to make sure to get a permit for this area. You can also look into Gapstow Bridge, Ladies Pavilion, Wagner Cove, and Strawberry Fields. Some couples even feel attached to the Great Lawn or the Reservoir. Any of these spots will feel quintessential and iconic.
For couples looking to stay near Central Park, there are plenty of great options. Located at the edge of the park, The St. Regis is often a popular choice for those getting married in the area. There is also The Carlyle, which is a few blocks away. Other great hotels to choose from include The Plaza, The Loews Regency, and the One Hotel Manhattan.
As New York wedding photographers, it’s so important for us to be able to capture beautiful portraits of you. We want to make sure that your wedding photos are timeless and will look as good in fifty years as they do today. In order to do that, our team uses a variety of lenses and lighting to make sure that every photo looks its best. You’ll want to hire an experienced wedding photo and video team to ensure you get stunning images from your wedding.
If you’re camera shy, we are the perfect team to capture your New York wedding photography. Our team is experienced in working with couples who are not used to being in front of the camera. We will make sure that you are comfortable and relaxed so that we can capture natural wedding photos. Our goal is always to make sure that your wedding photos are beautiful and classic.
Although it looks like Central Park Boathouse weddings have closed for the time being, we’re confident it’s not the last we’ll see of the Loeb Boathouse. If you dream of the day when you tie the knot at this iconic New York venue, we would love to chat with you about your vision. We can also recommend locations that have similar classic, elegant aesthetics.
