Do You Need to Set Anything Up for Your New York wedding photographers?

If you’re feeling particularly inclined to design, you’re welcome to set up a shot before we get there or have a friend do it. Otherwise, don’t even worry about it! We can take care of the detail shot setup. It’s all up to you on how you feel about your styling chops. In the images above, for example, the bride styled the left image and we styled the right. No wrong answers!

Hanging Dress Photos

We love capturing the dress hanging before you put it on. If you’re so inclined, you can find a spot you like in your getting ready space to hang the dress! Otherwise, we’ll hang it up ourselves. If for some reason you don’t want photos of your dress hanging, just let us know, and we can skip over it.

How Long Do Detail Photos Take on a Wedding Day?

We usually budget about 15 minutes to do detail photos as New York wedding photographers. That being said, if your details aren’t all set aside in one place, it will take much longer to get details done. Make sure to have everything in one place so we can start on these shots as soon as we enter the hotel room.
