WHEN SHOULD WE BOOK WITH YOU?
Once your venue is booked and the date is secured, you can start booking vendors. The sooner, the better is what we'd say. Dates go quickly, and we want to make sure we're available for yours!
WHAT IS REQUIRED TO BOOK?
We require a 30% retainer and a signed contract to reserve your date. The second 30% is due 1 week before the wedding, the remaining due by the wedding date.
CAN WE MAKE CHANGES AFTER BOOKING?
Yes! Some couples book at 6 hours and add more later, or some choose to add video after thinking on it a little more.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE PHOTOS?
We send a sneak peek ASAP after the wedding (typically 48h at latest), and the full gallery is delivered 4-6 weeks after the celebration. Your highlight film will arrive about 6-8 weeks after the event date.
WHEN DO YOU RECOMMEND A THIRD SHOOTER?
For weddings over 125 guests, we strongly recommend adding the third shooter for comprehensive coverage.

DO YOU EDIT YOUR PICTURES?
We do global adjustments to the photos, meaning color, lighting, cropping, but we don't retouch your faces or bodies; we want you to look like yourselves on the big day!
HOW DO YOU SHARE THE PHOTOS?
We provide a digital gallery with all high-res and social/web sized images. Your gallery will be live for 12 months after the wedding date. If you need more time, let us know, and we're happy to help. If you ever lose your photos, we're happy to help with that too.
HOW MANY PHOTOS WILL WE RECEIVE?
Every wedding is different – different schedules, different amounts of time for portraits/family photos, different events taking place. What we can say is that with two shooters at all times, your event will be well-covered with hundreds of photos to choose from.
DO WE RECEIVE ANY RAW PHOTOS/FOOTAGE?
We love to deliver the best possible versions of your final products, so we don't give out raw photos/videos. Your photos will have natural editing and be sent in JPG format. For video, we compile the footage into a reel that visually makes a lot more sense than a bunch of short clips.
HOW IS IT POSSIBLE TO DO BOTH PHOTO+VIDEO?
We are shooting photos throughout the day, and taking small video clips as well. It's a very relaxed process where you won't even notice whether it's photo or video captured.
WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU GET SICK?
If one or both of us is unable to capture your wedding as planned, we have a reliable network of photographers and videographers to take over on our behalf, and will ensure that your day is captured with the same quality and professionalism.
WHAT IF OUR WEDDING DATE HAS TO MOVE?
If, say, a pandemic or a venue closure requires you to move your date, we can to move your deposit to a new date.
DO YOU TRAVEL FOR WEDDINGS?
Yes! We're available for weddings anywhere and everywhere. Some typical locations that are inquired about are Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New Jersey, upstate New York. We're available in all locations.
DO YOU HAVE INSURANCE?
Yes! Our certificate of insurance can be provided to your venue ahead of the event.
CAN WE PRINT OUR PHOTOS ANYWHERE?
Not a problem! You can print directly from your gallery, or you can take them to a printer of your choice. You'll receive high res files and social size files for ease.
CAN WE SKIP THE ENGAGEMENT SESSION?
If you choose to skip out on the complimentary engagement session, it won't impact your package price. However, we strongly recommend couples take us up on the experience to make the wedding day run smoothly.
CAN WE EXCHANGE THE ENGAGEMENT SESSION?
The engagement session is designed to get you comfortable with us ahead of the big day, and teach you about working with the camera. It can't be exchanged for additional hours or other event coverage.
DO YOU PHOTOGRAPH REHEARSAL DINNERS?
We're happy to check our associate team's availability for other events like rehearsals, engagement parties, etc.
WILL YOU HELP US WITH OUR TIMELINE/SHOT LIST?
Yes! You'll receive information from us leading up to the wedding day to help solidify your photography schedule.
